"I found water in my garage on Christmas Day. The next day, I called, and DJ was sent. He quickly found the issue and made the repair.

"My family was dealing with a loud hum whenever we turned the water on. It was so loud, it woke some of us up at night! The problem was sporadic and inconsistent, and very difficult to diagnose. I contacted a different plumber first, who quoted me a very high price to replace the hot water heater and "hope" that worked. I wasn't ok with that.I called Ace and Erin came out to inspect. She not only quoted me a much more reasonable price for that replacement, but advised that she didn't think that was the best solution. She was even honest that she would like to save me money if possible! How often do you find a business that will do that?First, Erin replaced a potential culprit and we gave it a few days, but this didn't solve the problem. She came back out, tired something else, still didn't work. On a third visit, she brought a coworker, DJ, for another brain to pick. After reviewing the problem and our plumbing history, the pair found the issue and solved it with ease.All-in-all, Ace offers a great, honest, affordable service, provided by people that actually care. Whenever I need more plumbing, I will be calling them!"
